Pretty people, night clubs and body guards
People in Roppongi (六本木), Azabu (麻布) and Hiroo (広尾) work hard and play hard. With the addition of Roppongi Hills a few years ago—the looming blue tower of the Mori Building acting as a landmark in the center of the metropolis—these areas have become even livelier, filled with more businesses, shops, hotels, restaurants and celebrity spottings. Perhaps the most-watched neighborhoods of Tokyo today.
SuperDeluxe Image

SuperDeluxe (スーパーデラックス)

event space
A place for artistic souls to mingle, for local musicians to jam and a backdrop for all sorts of discussions to blossom, SuperDeluxe is a popular venue for internationally-minded creative types. While the soul may be content feeding on ideas from one another, SuperDeluxe's selection of foods and drinks--including microbrewed beer from the Tokyo Brewery Company--is sure to keep stomaches satiated. Creators Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham designed the space for optimal flexibility, in order to complement the constantly changing events being hosted. Certain events are held monthly (such as Pecha Kucha Night, where young designers and creators show and tell their work through a series of timed presentations) and the venue can be rented for private parties as well.

Or, visit the second floor to browse through their CD (rental/sale) and DVD (rental/sale); all of their rental CD's can be listened to before you decide to take it home. Everything that meets the eye--from the box you return your CD's to the wrapping paper for gifts have been intricately crafted by the popular art director Kashiwa Sato, to give this store a unique, new hip feel.
