Scramble through Scramble Crossing and get culture shocked Shibuya (渋谷) is perhaps what people who've never been to Tokyo believe the city to be: bright lights, teenagers with orange hair and piercings, pachinko parlors, and numerous loudspeakers blasting all at once. JZ Brat jazz bar and lounge Focusing on domestic musicians (including foreign residents), JZ Brat is a sophisticated jazz lounge located minutes away on foot from Shibuya station. Diners around the city flock here for the casual atmosphere, the casual price tag and chef Kinoshita's culinary art.
