Can There Be Art?

Wed 03 Mar — Sun 04 Jul
"Can There Be Art?" is the third exhibition in the "Roppongi Crossing" series. It features the work of artists who look to sift through the cloud masking the currently upheaved state of Japan to present what art will be like once the dust settles.

The simple question of "Can there be art?" is answered using an interweaving of artistic outlets. Photography, sculpture, installation, video, graffiti and performance are all utilized by 20 artists and units - from fresh talent to seasoned art alumni.

"Roppongi Crossing" is a series of exhibits showcasing artists that are providing a vision of the future Japanese art scene.
